Defect must be discovered within one year of original installation. Defect must not have occurred due to an act of God, civil disturbance, disobedience, or other occurrence outside the control of Dependable Alarm Systems. The system must be intact and repairable, and the problem must be correctable. If said problem occurs again within the remainder of the first year from original installation, a full refund of the original purchase price will be processed upon removal of the system in question by Dependable Alarm Systems. If customer is charged for a false alarm by the responding authorities, Dependable Alarm Systems will credit the customer account in the amount of the false alarm charge provided the charge was incurred due to faulty equipment and customer has requested the equipment be serviced and/or repaired by Dependable Alarm Systems to correct the malfunction.
